From 1 July 2025, changes to allied health services for complex neurodevelopmental disorders and eligible disabilities will be implemented to enable accredited dietitians and exercise physiologists to perform allied health assessment and treatment services, and to participate in case conferences.
This change will allow accredited dietitians and exercise physiologists to perform services under MBS assessment items 82030, 93033 and 93041, and treatment items 82035, 93036 and 93044. It also provides access to case conference items 82001, 82002 and 82003.
